The Testicle Festival takes place at the Rock Creek Lodge near Clinton, Montana. The Testicle Festival or Testy Fest as it is known features Rocky Mountain Oysters. For those of you who are not cowboys Rocky Mountain Oysters are testicles taken from young bulls to make them steers. There are lots of girls who enjoy the freedom of walking around topless or nude.
