This guy owned the road and made me drive around him.  I think he was actually chasing down that van.  I waved to his good arm after passing him.

I really wish I didn’t give a shit, or was this hammered to crash right on the sidewalk.  I thought about putting his hand in warm water, but I figured, pissing his pants might have been a daily occurance.
